Why it matters: The film is part of the Thomas Wolsey 550 project's Workplace Encounter scheme, giving students hands-on experience in real career environments.

The details: Ten pupils from Northgate High School collaborated with photographer Isiah Jordan and former BBC apprentice Harvey Bell to produce the celebratory film.
The video features students from primary, secondary and SEN schools across Ipswich presenting projects funded by the Thomas Wolsey 550 initiative.
It also includes debates about the character and attributes of the 16th century Cardinal.
The project is funded through Suffolk County Council's £2 million Ipswich Investment fund.
The bigger picture: The Workplace Encounter scheme extends beyond filmmaking, offering students exposure to diverse career paths.
High school students across Ipswich have participated in activities with employers ranging from "high end hotels to engine driving"
Every high school in the area has taken part in the initiative

What they're saying: Hannah Houghton, Education and Opportunities Lead with the Wolsey 550 project, said: "I believe our Wolsey Workplace Encounters are unique to Ipswich. Local employers have embraced the concept and welcomed students to find out more about careers that the young people might not even know exist."
"What's different about our scheme is that it's very hands-on – from making a video to tackling a hypothetical legal problem. The students learn by doing over the course of a single morning," she continued.
The bottom line: The initiative aims to broaden career aspirations for young people in Ipswich by introducing them to opportunities beyond their existing knowledge and environment.
