The 71.83 sq m (773 sq ft) ground floor unit, situated opposite The Works and two doors down from independent jewellers Robert Gatward, will bring a "new culinary experience" to the Buttermarket, according to property agents Penn Commercial.

The unit was formerly home to Time2Vape, which moved to 16 Tavern Street in The Walk last August.

While details of the new tenant remain under wraps, the letting represents another positive step in reducing vacant units in the town centre.
