New hypnotherapy and massage salon to open on St Margaret's Street

Michael and Vipada Arthurton will launch their health and wellbeing business in the beautiful Grade II listed building on St. Margaret's Street in the coming weeks, operating by appointment only.

The details: The couple has secured a five-year lease on the characterful period property on St Margaret's Street.

A firm opening date hasn't been announced, but the agent confirmed that the salon will "undergo a brief fit-out before opening for business – by appointment only – in the coming weeks."

What they're saying: Owner Michael Arthurton called the premise "absolutely beautiful," and praised agent Penn Commercial for their help securing it.

Rachael Jackson of Penn Commercial said: "We are pleased to let this historic Grade II Listed building to Michael and Vipada Arthurton, who have exciting plans for a new hypnotherapy and massage salon in this convenient, town centre location. We welcome them to Ipswich and wish them every success with their new venture."

The bottom line: Ipswich's historic town centre continues to attract new health and wellbeing businesses, with the Arthurtons set to offer hypnotherapy and massage services from their characterful new premises.
