Cock & Pye closes for major 6-figure renovation

The Upper Brook Street pub has closed today for a six-figure renovation. It will reopen in September with extended hours.

The Greene King pub will undergo an extensive makeover during its temporary closure, transforming both interior and exterior spaces.

The details: Outside, the venue will benefit from a complete garden refurbishment and new heaters to enhance alfresco dining throughout the year.

  • Inside, customers can expect upgraded furniture and décor, new TV screens for sports viewing, and fully refurbished toilets with a modern look.

  • The renovated pub will extend its operating hours to open from 08:00, allowing friends and families to enjoy a breakfast menu alongside the existing food and drinks offering.
