Your guide to BTC All Dayer: 7 venues, 60+ acts, zero cost
With live music kicking off from 13:00 on Saturday, 25 April across seven Ipswich venues, here's everything you need to know about navigating the town's newest free festival.
Why it matters: BTC All Dayer is a brand new one-day free music festival from Brighten The Corners, spotlighting grassroots and emerging regional artists in a town-centre takeover.
The details: Over 60 live acts and DJs will perform across seven venues in central Ipswich, with wristbands issued to audience members on the day. There is no ticket required and entry is free.
Genres span folk, indie, rock, jazz, hip hop and rap.
The venues – and when the music starts:
- Superdry (Buttermarket) – music from 13:00
- CHIp Studios – music from 13:30
- Halberd Inn – live music from 13:15, DJs from 14:30
- The Thomas Wolsey – music from 14:00
- Arcade Tavern – DJs from 14:00, live music from 14:30
- Three Wise Monkeys – music from 14:45
- The Church – café open from 10:00, music from 16:00
Live music finishes by 22:00, with DJs continuing later.
The line-up: Live acts include 1lemon, A Different Kitchen, Arthur Black, Ashleigh Bankx, AYO, Bag of Cans, Bonuru, Briti$h, The Bungees, Chance For Good, Chest, Dean Frost, The Detour, Digitonal, Doll Face, Dream Houses, e.m.arson, Echo Located, Eve's Delight, Everything Eff, The Feathered Thorns, The Fool's Moon, Frost-D, Gabriela Eva, Gasoline Green, Girl Guide, Harriet Cree, hollowwaves, I Am Afiya, Jaded Teeth, Joe Gray, JULIET, Kasumu, kirakira, LOOME, Lottie Brazier, Mama Oh No, May Gabriels, New Gen, The Rabbitts, Rad Pitt, Robin Torbitt, Ryski, Sam Milne & The Tyrants, Samuel Taylor, $ebbuku, Sleep's Cousin, Takeda and Zamani Fitri.
DJs playing on the day include Amy Nomvula, Andreas Koch, Andy Westbrook, Bopper Rankin, Dee Fuller, Dream Baby Dream DJs, Hana Sola, Issy B, Jake Beautyman, Jimmy Green, Leroy LP, Lochness, DJ Mac, Mello Jamz, Modern Athletics, Uprock DJs and Yebsie.

For families and younger attendees: Age restrictions vary by venue.
- CHIp Studios, Superdry and The Church – all ages until 19:00; after 19:00, 14+ (14 to 17-year-olds must be accompanied by an adult)
- Three Wise Monkeys – all ages until 21:00; 18+ after
- The Thomas Wolsey – under-18s accompanied by an adult until 21:00; 18+ after
- Halberd Inn – under-18s accompanied by an adult until 20:00; 18+ after
- Arcade Tavern – to be confirmed
Accessibility: Step-free access is available at The Church, Superdry, CHIp Studios and the outdoor stages at Arcade Tavern and Halberd Inn. The indoor areas of Arcade Tavern and Halberd Inn, along with Three Wise Monkeys, are not wheelchair accessible. Accessible toilets are available at The Church and in the Buttermarket.

For context: The festival is free to attend thanks to headline sponsorship from Ipswich Central, the town's Business Improvement District, with additional support from Arts Council England, PRS Foundation and the University of Suffolk.
