Ipswich cyclists to ride 400 miles for local dad's MND battle
A team of more than 30 riders will set off from Southampton on Tuesday, 22 September, cycling 400 miles over five days to Ipswich Rugby Club in support of local plumber Ryan Horsfall, who was diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND) late last year.
