The NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board is a new organisation that will be created in April 2026 through the merger of the current Suffolk and North East Essex and Norfolk and Waveney ICBs, and will be responsible for planning and commissioning health services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Ed Garratt OBE has been appointed Chief Executive designate of the new NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board, which will be created next April when the current Suffolk and North East Essex and Norfolk and Waveney ICBs merge.
