Waterfront attraction secures £2.28m Towns Fund grant

CLAY 1A, a new visitor attraction planned for Ipswich's waterfront, has been granted £2.28m from the Towns Fund alongside a £20m philanthropic gift to transform the historic Waterfront House into a creative community space.
