The details: The assault took place between 05:45 and 06:00 on Wednesday, 19 November, along a path off Iliffe Way. The victim reported that she was out running when she was approached by an unknown man who pulled her to the ground and sexually assaulted her.
The suspect is described as white, approximately 5ft 10ins in height, of medium build and was wearing a dark woolly beanie hat. He also wore a thick, dark rain jacket and dark trousers, and is reported to have smelled strongly of cigarettes and cannabis.
The victim continues to be supported by specialist trained officers and has been assisting detectives with their enquiries, including helping to produce the EvoFIT likeness, which is now being issued to the public.
What they're saying: Detective Inspector Stuart Dolan-Allen said: "We are continuing to appeal for assistance from members of the public with this investigation and would ask that people look closely at the EvoFIT and contact us if they believe they know who it resembles.
"We have officers pursuing a number of other lines of enquiry in respect of this incident and the local community can continue to expect to see an increased police presence in the area."
The investigation so far: Between 04:30 and 06:30 on Wednesday, 26 November, officers conducted checks one week on from the attack in the vicinity of Iliffe Way, where they spoke to 40 members of the public.
On Sunday, 23 November, a 38-year-old man was arrested in connection with the inquiry and taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre for questioning. He was released without charge on Tuesday, 25 November, and will face no further police action.
