Former Co-op store to become new dental practice

East of England Co-op has agreed to lease its former Rosehill food store to mydentist, with the new dental practice set to open in spring 2026.

The details: The affordable dental care provider will transform the former Co-op food store at Rosehill Retail Park into a new dental practice, marking another step in East of England Co-op's commitment to repurposing its property portfolio for community benefit.

  • The company invests over £50 million annually into its people, technology, and facilities, delivering state-of-the-art practices with the latest dental innovations.

What they're saying: Stuart McDonald, Chief Property Officer for the East of England Co-op, said: "We're delighted to welcome mydentist to the Rosehill Centre. This is a fantastic example of how we can use our property portfolio to support the needs of our communities by bringing valuable services to local people."

He added: "By working with partners like mydentist, we're ensuring that our spaces continue to play an important role in everyday community life."
