Ezra Hewing

Ezra is Head of Mental Health Education at Suffolk Mind, where he has developed training courses that have benefitted over 10,000 employers across the private, statutory and charity sectors. As a Human Givens psychotherapist with 19 years' experience, he specialises in treating complex issues including trauma, addiction and anxiety disorders. His research focuses on REM sleep and mental health, with published work exploring the connections between sleep disruption and conditions such as psychosis and suicide risk.
