Ed Garratt to lead new NHS Norfolk and Suffolk health board
Ed Garratt OBE has been appointed Chief Executive designate of the new NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board, which will be created next April when the current Suffolk and North East Essex and Norfolk and Waveney ICBs merge.
