Opposition says new 20mph policy is 'missed opportunity' as road deaths rise

Suffolk County Council's proposed 20mph speed limit policy has been criticised by opposition councillors as a "cosmetic" change that fails to address rising road casualties, with deaths and serious injuries increasing from 207 to 355 over the past decade.
