Professor Miranda Horvath is a leading international researcher in forensic psychology and Director of the Institute for Social Justice and Crime at the University of Suffolk. With nearly 20 years of research experience, she specialises in Violence Against Women and Girls and works closely with law enforcement, health services and policymakers to create practical solutions to real-world problems. She has secured funding from major organisations including the Home Office, Ministry of Justice and NHS, and regularly advises government departments on policy developments.
Residents can question Suffolk's Police and Crime Commissioner and safety experts about violence against women and community safety concerns at The Hold on Wednesday, 24 September, from 18:00.
