Unlock My Life

Unlock My Life is a peer-led mental health programme supporting prisoners and people leaving prison. Developed inside HMP Hollesley Bay and now active in over 30 prisons nationwide, it uses the BrainSmart model to help participants understand behaviour, manage emotions, and support others. The programme is run by people with lived experience and funded by Jamma Wellbeing.
