Nicola is a Partner and Head of Private Client at Ellisons, which she joined in 2021, bringing over 18 years' experience in the Private Client sector. Qualified as a solicitor in 2002, she has practised in Suffolk since joining Blocks Solicitors in 2003. She is a fully accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) – a professional association for practitioners who specialise in family inheritance and succession planning.

Lyndsey joined Ellisons in September 2017 after completing her training contract at a well-established regional firm in East Anglia. She specialises in debt recovery, commercial disputes, insolvency matters, and financial services litigation, advising both claimants and defendants on a range of issues including contractual breaches, partnership disputes, contentious insolvency, and personal guarantees.

Bethan is a Partner in Ellisons' Commercial Property team in Ipswich. She specialises in all aspects of property law but particularly in land acquisitions and disposals of residential, commercial, and mixed-use development sites, including advising on planning agreements, statutory agreements, and financing.

Ian is a Partner in Ellisons’ Dispute Resolution team in Ipswich. He specialises in construction and regulatory law, and has extensive contentious construction experience across all forms of dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation.

Lee is a Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution at Ellisons who has specialised in property-related legal matters since 1994, handling everything from contractual disputes and covenant breaches to landlord-tenant issues and professional negligence cases.

Stevan is a Partner and Head of Injury Services at Ellisons, based in Ipswich. He specialises in personal injury claimant litigation and medical negligence claims.

Lisa is a Chartered Legal Executive who specialises in divorce and family law matters. She works at Ellisons Solicitors as an Associate, based at the Ipswich office.

Lisa started working at Ellisons as a trainee in 2002, qualifying into the Family Department in September 2004. She specialises in private family law with particular expertise in high-net-worth financial matters and complex children's cases involving domestic and sexual abuse, gas lighting, coercive control, parental alienation and implacably hostile parenting.

Sally qualified as a solicitor in 1994 and has always specialised in family law. She deals with all aspects of family law and has wide breadth of expertise in divorce and relationship breakdown, cohabitation, financial and children matters.

As a medical negligence solicitor based in Ipswich, Suffolk, I have over a decade of experience in the field, specialising in advocating for individuals who have suffered preventable harm due to medical negligence.

I deal with all areas of Family Law. This includes divorce, financial matters, Pre and Post-Nuptial Agreements, Cohabitation Agreements, Separation Agreements, domestic abuse and all issues relating to children's law.

Lorna has been practising in the area since 2001, and qualified in 2008. She enjoys giving talks which cover LPA’s, Wills, Inheritance Tax concerns and the complexities of being part of a blended family.

Guy joined Ellisons in 1995, became a Partner in 1999 and in May 2012 became the firm's Senior Partner. He is now the Managing Partner of the firm.
