Abbie Hayward

Digital Executive

Abbie joined Ipswich Central in October 2024 as a Digital Intern for an initial period of six months, being promoted to Digital Executive in January 2025. Abbie studied media at Suffolk New College and now creates engaging social content, graphics, presentations and newsletters plus deals with day to day engagement. She also edits the All About Ipswich website, and supports marketing campaign and event delivery.

Mel Willis

Communications Manager

Mel started with Ipswich Central in February 2024 as Communications Manager, responsible for the All About Ipswich website and social media channels, marketing activities, event planning and delivery as well as running campaigns. Mel has lots of experience in journalism, media relations and customer service.
