Man on the Moon pub closes for six-figure refurbishment

The Greene King pub on Palmcroft Road has temporarily closed from today while renovations take place, with the upgraded venue set to reopen in August.

The details: The refurbishment includes improvements to the pub's interior with an enhanced sports area and upgraded TV screens throughout the venue, enabling guests to watch live fixtures on Sky Sports and TNT Sports.

The Man on the Moon's outdoor space will also be refurbished to create a more spacious and welcoming environment for friends and families.

The bottom line: Following the six-figure investment, customers will be able to enjoy their local pub in fully refreshed surroundings when it reopens next month.
