The details: ICS , previously known as Ipswich Computer Services, has taken on three new staff members in the past three months – two IT engineers and one junior digital marketer – increasing its headcount from 12 to 15.

The company also achieved 30% growth during the previous year. It follows changes that included Craig Starling's promotion to director alongside founder Tim Goulding, a company rebrand and the addition of new services.

What they're saying: "While skills can be developed, it's personality that really matters, and that's what we look for," said director Craig Starling .

"We look for people with the right attitude and approach to working with clients, that's what makes us different. Building a team like this not only makes our offering stronger, but also will help us boost our growth in the coming year."

For context: Founded in 1998 by Tim Goulding , ICS has been providing IT support to businesses across East Anglia for over a quarter of a century. Its services include IT support and infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services and website hosting.

The company said it has continued to invest in its workforce despite rising employment costs.

The bottom line: Ipswich IT firm, ICS, is expanding its team and service offering as it looks to build on recent growth.
