Ellisons bolsters property team with key appointment

Local law firm Ellisons has announced the appointment of Ellen Petersen as Partner and Head of Commercial Property.

The details: Ellen trained with a UK Top 50 Law Firm before embarking on her extensive 18-year career at a regional practice, where she specialised in:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals

  • Business park leases

  • Development agreements

  • Agricultural property deals

  • Corporate support on business sales and purchases
