UK's leading paving compound maker expands with new Ipswich base
Azpects, creator of the UK's top-selling paving jointing compound EASYJoint, is expanding its operations with a move to larger premises at Whitehouse Business Centre in Ipswich.
The big picture: The company, which manufactures products that make creating and maintaining hard landscaping easier, has signed a 12-year lease on Suffolk House, arranged by Penn Commercial. This marks a significant expansion for the Ipswich-based manufacturer.
Behind the move: Established in 2009, Azpects has grown significantly, with its flagship product, EASYJoint, evolving into a family of nine products.
The new unit provides the company with:
- A 34,067 sq ft warehouse unit
- Additional office space of 4,520 sq ft
- Extensive on-site car parking to support growth
What they're saying: "From placing the unit onto the market, Penn sourced the tenant within just three weeks, and negotiated terms for a swift completion," said Vanessa Penn, Managing Director of Penn Commercial, who added: "We wish Azpects every future success in their new premises."
