Police appeal for witnesses as motorcyclist dies five days after Bramford collision

A man in his 30s has died following a serious road traffic collision on Paper Mill Lane in Bramford on 11 June, police have confirmed.

The details: Officers were called to Paper Mill Lane by the ambulance service just after 14:20 on Wednesday, 11 June, following reports of a collision involving a black Volvo car and a black Suzuki motorcycle.

Police, National Highways, the East of England ambulance service and air ambulance crew were all in attendance at the incident.

The rider of the motorcycle sustained serious head injuries and was taken to Addenbrookes Hospital by air ambulance in a critical condition. He sadly died as a result of his injuries on Monday, 16 June.

What's next: Police continue to appeal for witnesses to the collision or motorists driving in the area who may have dash cam footage prior to the incident.
