Louise Gladwell

Lou joined Kingsfleet in April 2020 as a compliance supervisor, bringing over 13 years of experience working in the pensions sector. She qualified as a financial planner in 2024. After losing her husband Gary, who worked at Kingsfleet, she has focused on using that experience to guide individuals through significant life changes, such as bereavement and divorce. She focuses on providing clear advice and compassionate service to help clients make informed decisions about their financial futures, particularly during difficult times.
