# Legal notice served over goods left at closed Falcon pub

**The details:** The notice, dated 27 August, is addressed to Suffolk Bar and Club Ltd and issued under Section 12 and Schedule 1 of the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.

It states that in the event any goods left at the premises belong to Suffolk Bar and Club Ltd, the company must collect them by 4pm on 10 September 2026 – the "Final Collection Date." If they are not collected by then, Star Pubs Trading Limited, which owns the freehold of the building, says it will sell or otherwise dispose of them.

Photographs pinned to the door alongside the notice show items including furniture, boxes and leftover equipment.

- Star Pubs Trading Limited is the registered proprietor of the freehold of the property, known as the Public House at Falcon (formerly Bowmans Bar and Lounge), 1 Falcon Street, Ipswich.
- The notice was issued by solicitors Pinsent Masons LLP on behalf of Star Pubs Trading Limited.
