# Norwich Road ITFC promotion mural painted over following Premier League relegation

**The details:** The large mural, painted on the junction of Norwich Road and Barrack Lane in August, depicted the faces of Harry Clarke, Sam Morsy, Conor Chaplin, and Kieran McKenna.

- It was organised by TNT Sports' Only Sport Can Do This campaign, which was a nationwide project that began last July.
- Following the conclusion of the Premier League season over the weekend, which saw Town drop back down to the Championship, the mural has been painted over.

**The bottom line:** The mural may be gone, but it commemorated Ipswich Town's remarkable journey from League One to the Premier League – an achievement that will remain a part of the club's proud history for years to come. And, who knows, maybe we'll get a new one next year?
