Ipswich man found guilty of stalking and death threats
A 40-year-old man has been convicted of stalking and making threats to kill after targeting a woman in Ipswich.
The big picture: Piotr Krzeslak approached the victim while she was walking to work, made sexual remarks and death threats, and loitered outside her home and workplace.
Krzeslak, of no fixed abode but from the Ipswich area, was found guilty at Ipswich Crown Court on Tuesday 12 November. The offences took place between 13 January and 17 January this year.
What they're saying: DC Natalie Cole of Ipswich CID praised the victim's courage, stating: "I would like to commend the bravery of the victim who came forward to report their experience and hope this sentence will encourage other victims of stalking to report it."
