What's next: Watchman, of Wicklow Road, Ipswich, and the teenage boy, who cannot be named because of his age, will appear before Ipswich Magistrates this morning.
What police want: Officers are keen to speak to anyone present in the area shortly before 4.50pm on Friday, 25 July, on Ulster Avenue and a short time later on Waterford Road.
