What they're saying: Suffolk police continue to remind residents to remove their belongings from vehicles and ensure they are locked.

What's next: Anyone with information about these incidents, or who witnessed anyone acting suspiciously in the area during these times, should contact Suffolk police quoting crime references 37/3501/26 for the Henley Road incident or 37/3336/26 for the Pitcairn Road incident.

Contact options include providing information online at suffolk.police.uk, calling 101, or contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.

Security advice and information can be found on the Suffolk Constabulary website.

The bottom line: Police are seeking witnesses to two vehicle-related crimes in Ipswich and urging residents to take simple steps to protect their vehicles from opportunistic thieves.
