Plans to transform the upper floor of a former Ipswich beauty salon into a two-bedroom flat have been approved. The development will maintain the ground floor as commercial space.
The details: Wickham Market-based Riduna Holdings will convert the top floor of the former Spirit and Skin beauty salon.
Plans include using an existing external staircase on Wingfield Street
A new doorway will be added on the first floor
The ground floor will remain as commercial space
What's next: The development must follow specific conditions set by the council to ensure compliance with local planning policy.
