What they're saying: "There's nowhere on this side of town offering what we do – especially with free parking, seven-day-a-week operations and great customer service. We do all the little things right," founder Donna Wright said.

New Salon Manager Mia Chandler added: "It has been such an exciting start to the year – it's amazing how busy we are already. We want Tan Wright to have a bright, upbeat and welcoming vibe."

The bottom line: What began as Wright's "side hustle" in 2020 has grown into an award-winning beauty group with more than 8,500 clients, now operating two specialist salons at Brightwell Barns.
